A Double Dose of Drama: The September 28th Spotlight

While September 28th is famously known in history books for the 1066 invasion of England by William the Conqueror, the date took a decidedly more theatrical turn on September 28, 2026. On this day, the entertainment world buzzed with the announcement that actor and idol Park Jinyoung would be taking on a challenging dual-identity role in the upcoming period drama 100 Days of Deception [1]. Directed by the acclaimed Yoo In Shik—the mastermind behind Extraordinary Attorney Woo—the series promises to weave a complex web of espionage and romance set against the backdrop of the Japanese colonial era [1]. It is a fascinating reminder that while history is often written by conquerors, it is also frequently reimagined by storytellers who love a good plot twist!
